What's the appropriate attire?

Welcome party: West Alabama Ice House is super casual! This would be a great time to break out any southwestern wear you may have (like boots, bolo tie, and/or a hat), but it's certainly not required.
Ceremony & reception: Colorful cocktail attire for a spring garden wedding is great, though if you feel like dressing up a bit fancier, go for it! Just make sure you have shoes that you're ready to walk on grass and dance in!

Should I eat dinner before the welcome party?

There will be an open bar and an open tab at the best taco truck in Houston: Tacos Tierra Caliente. There unfortunately aren't a ton of great vegetarian/pescatarian options (besides a cheese quesadilla!) at the taco truck, so you can decide if you want to explore Houston's amazing food scene beforehand (lots of great spots nearby) or come hungry!

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow guests and plus ones that are included on your RSVP page.

Are Kids Invited?

To allow everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We ask that guests arrive at 5:30pm, at which point you can grab a glass of champagne, take a seat, and get ready for the ceremony to start shortly thereafter. Please note that traffic in Hermann Park around our venue can get a little crazy on the weekend, so build in some extra time when ordering your Lyfts/Ubers just in case!

How do I get to the ceremony?

There will be free parking available at our wedding venue, but cars cannot be parked overnight. To ensure that everyone celebrates with us safely, we encourage the use of ride-share services like Uber and Lyft. The hotels we've blocked are all within a 15 minute drive of the wedding venue and after-party location! There will also be buses from the reception to the after party.
